How to Download and Use Harvey Mobile App

Overview
Harvey’s mobile app brings the power of the platform to your phone and tablet so you can work seamlessly wherever you are. With mobile access, you can:
- Prompt Assistant by voice or text.
- Scan and upload documents directly to Vault or attach them to queries.
- Review and share research or client matters on the go.
All mobile activity is secured by enterprise-grade encryption and designed for professional, legal workflows.
The app is available for iOS and Android (beta), with layouts optimized for both phones and tablets.

Note: Android will continue to be in Early Access after the estimated GA launch. If you'd like access, please reach out to your Harvey Customer Success Manager.
Mobile-Only Features
Feature | Description |

Scan files | Capture and digitize documents using your device’s camera. Scans can be saved directly to Vault or attached to an Assistant query. All scans are processed securely within the app and are not stored locally on your device. |
Voice input and audio transcription (coming soon) | Record voice prompts or client discussions (up to 30 minutes). Transcriptions appear in Assistant and can be used as research input. Original audio files are deleted after processing. |
Native sharing (coming soon) | Share Assistant outputs directly to other apps on your device (e.g., email, Teams, or document editors). |

Important: You will also need instructions if the app will be managed by Intune after downloading. Click below to download the guide.
- In the app store for your device, search "Harvey.ai" to find our app. Proceed with the download.
- Once the app appears on your device, tap the app to launch it.
- On the sign in screen, select your workspace region.

- If you access Harvey via app.harvey.ai, use US Production.
- If you access Harvey via eu.app.harvey.ai, use EU Production.
- If you access Harvey via au.app.harvey.ai, use AU Production.
- Set device permissions if prompted:
- Camera access: Enables scanning.
- Microphone access: Enables voice input and transcription.
Once logged in, your workspace, projects, and Vault files will sync automatically.
Tip: For optimal performance, ensure your software is up-to-date and enable automatic app updates for Harvey.

Managing Permissions
Web app permissions carry over to mobile. Admins can manage mobile-specific features like scanning in workspace settings.
