FAQs

Q: How long does image processing take?

Harvey analyzes one image or document page at a time. Because this requires deeper processing, responses may take longer than text-only queries.

Q: Will Harvey analyze images at full resolution?

In most cases, yes. However, very large images may be resized, which can occasionally reduce fine detail. For highly technical visuals, consider cropping to the relevant section before uploading.

Q: Does this change how my data is handled or which model is used?

No. This feature uses the same AI models and data handling policies already configured for your workspace. There are no changes to security or model preferences.

Q: Can I opt out of this feature?

Admins who wish to opt out can contact their Success team for assistance.
